I think that a slight cropping of the right hand side of the frame to remove the small part of the person in the view would be nice. But that is only my opinion. 
)
The facial expression combined with the placement of the hand is just wonderful, and the brooding sky, the feeling of a `capture` of time is fantastic.
There is `something` so compelling about this shot that is hard to describe...but I really, really like it!
