This photograph shows the cordage (ropes) and the three masts of a warrior ship. The ship is a famous old warrior ship from Denmark at the 19th century – it’s called Fregatten Jylland and protected Denmark against the German and the Austrian marine and other enemies. Fregatten Jylland was an old powerful warrior ship in Denmark at that time, and is the only surviving Danish warrior ship from that period, and was one out of three Danish warrior ships that protected Denmark at the famous sea battle at Helgoland in the year 1864. The Danes had a terrifying marine and send the Austrians away from Danish sea territory and would have destroyed the entire Austrian marine if they hadn’t been saved in the last moment by the English marine. Fregatten Jylland symbols a time when Denmark was fighting for its freedom and independence. Denmark has never lost a battle at sea and hopefully we will never have to participate in any war evermore.
