Beautiful detail. Red electric cable adds spice to picture.
Would exclude red frame, black one is enough.
Maybe, crop off from right - this piece of wall covering part of door.

I agree with your comments. On the other hand don't you think that the photographer tried to mask the orange cable, which doesn't belong here, with the orange frame. It was perfect idea.
