не очень сложно. они иногда проявляют удивительное спокойствие. другое дело, что Юпитер-37А - далеко не макрообъектив и снималось это с минимальной дистанции фокусировки 1.2 метра

нелегко было поймать резкость - объектив темноват. ну и вообще все прелести мануальной оптики без штатива
