Composition is very nice and creative with the moving and the resting dog. It's a picture with great atmosphere! I would give it some more contrast and lighten up the resting dog as this is the point of attention. But of course this is personal taste! my variant of the photo

Good idea to put less brightness on the window. But I do like the window. It surely adds a lot to the atmosphere! Nice weekend!

Different opinions are of course important. But photography always is about feelings,impressions,
atmosphere and so these opinions will vary from person to person. So many versions of same picture are possible... Window with bright light, window with less light, walking dog with head, without head... It doesn't matter. It is very good that you are busy with such a creative type of photography!!!!!
