Helped nephew move into new house. Same day wild fire broke out one mile away. Put down in about 7 hrs. No damage here.

Thanks Rich. Very small portion of almost 5,000 sg ft. residence. Property also includes in-law/parent 1200 sq ft house and 2000 sq. ft RV storage. Going up today for bbq.
