In 1.01. 2011 Estonia changed its national currency to EURO. Estonian "kroon/sent" had two periods: 1928-1941 and 1992-2011. This picture is my "in memoriam" to estonian national money.

Yes, the whole country was quite confused. In Finland for example cup of coffee was before euro 2 marks (6 marks was approximately 1 euro) Now cup of coffee costs in Helsinki 1,5-2 euros. After euro the costs have raised in Estonia ca 20-30%. People are not satisfied, but in greater perspective it leads Estonia towards "big" Europe. Hard times, but more painful is to go on like "poor victim of soviet system". We can make better and we will. Every day, every year. Me too wink
