Myrtle Beach, S.C...7-17-2001....The setting sun was casting her brilliant shadows onto the beams under a pier...Happened to be there..and thought it was pretty neat to catch the effects from "down under."

the fact that it`s so tiny almost makes me weep... I think it could be a very powerful image, but in this size - I just can`t tell. I know I`ve said this to you at least a dozen times, I`m sorry....:(

Hey, say, what happened to all your other images?

Hmm... I just went back and realized ... - are you a different mary waters or not?... smile

Interesting shot - I was in the Outer Banks last week watching the bottom of a pier waiting for a similar shot. I never did get the shot. Your wonderful photo reminds me of a group of Marines crossing their swords and creating an arch for a bride and groom to walk through at the end of a military wedding.

Well thought out with great perspective.

Well, you were right - what a great catch - good light, graphics and the splash is an added bonous

What a good `eye` to see this, Mary! I`m glad that you went `down under` to get another perspective of a sunset. I love the colors and the balance of them. Fantastic!

C, this is great I think. I just need more, more, more. Bigger. Please?

Love the colors and perspective Mary. The splash is a very nice touch and nicely caught. Looks like a cross at the end. Love the file size, wishing for more pixels:-))

A shot in a million, Mary. I was absorbed in it`s unsupassed composition, forgetting time, enjoying every marvellous detail. A true WINNER.
