My one small suggestion would be to not split the scene so closely in the horizontal middle. Just a thought.
Dramatic energy in the clouds which is such a nice contrast to the seemingly vacant and quiet structures. Use of light is fantastic that conveys the approaching turbulent weather.
Taken from a kayak?!? I would probably have had a blurred image!
