I sort of meant his feathers...but..was quoting the "let your hair hang down" bit..Actually, this is a young jay which takes full advantage of his parents..by spreading his wings....flapping them...and...that means he is begging for them to "serve" him food...Beats anything as he is as big as his parents at this point in his new bird-life....
