Great shot, Fred!

Exposure is spot on, you made the bear`s fur look very structural.
I believe it could be difficult to get it right - white bear on dark ground.

I am very sorry. Being a novice to this site I ticked by mistake minus threes instead of plus threes for composition/impact/technique.
