Hi, Jose!
I use Photoshop 6.
Here we go:
1. Turn your image into Layer
2. Create new Layer
3. Turn newly created Layer into Background
4. Change Canvas size - make it larger ( to such extend - it`s up to you ... I usually add 5 -10 mm for the images 10*15 cm , 300 dpi)
5. Turn Background into Layer
6. Click on this new layer and choose "Strike" option from droped Menu. Choose color and width. Click "OK"

Now you`ve got your first frame ( that runs 5...10 mm from the edge of your image... by the way , you can strike the image as well using the same steps as above)

Repeat the stages 2-6 ... choose wider rim at step 4 ( it`s again your choice ... I prefer somewhere around 2-4 cm

So, the second frame is built.

Finally , repead the steps 2 -3 -4 ... at the fourth one, I usualy add 5...10 mm.
