Fine half body portrait, like the looking and smile of the girl, the DOF works fine but some lights distract a little.
Pretty woman... Pretty portrait... hard to go wrong...!
Not so sure `bout flash "right in face" but this is a nice portrait.

)) Juans advise is a right thing... It could help removing the bright spots on the background....I believe portraite will win from becaming black and wight....
