I agree, a dark frame might look better. However, this is an excellent picture, and framing means VERY little. I really should have marked it a 5- but it reminded me too much of my own sand dune shots - where I forgot to add a little spice to them. By this I mean the strong vertical lines would benefit from some kicker. A female nude with flowing gaussian veil running down the dune would be nice wondering
Perhaps a weed twisting in the wind? Or more emphasis on the convoluted curves in the foreground? I don`t know, I just feel it needs something.

Excellent. How do you think, if you put in the very foreground some ancient vase, a branch, big shell or something that complemented or destroyed these fine graphical lines, wouldn`t it be even better? But I like the photo anyway smile
