Super clarity, Mary. The ripples show motion which really adds to the shot. Very nice.

WOW, Mary! What a great shot - such fine details and beautiful colors and so sharp. A 10+++

Splendid work, very nice detail and the circular water shows how calm and trusting the birds is.

you are truly a friend of the wildlife
i am - i must have said this before - fond of these birds
myself
they are perfect floating machines and then they are also gracious
and beautiful in various ways
and enigmatic - what are they really looking at what are they really aware of what are they really interested in what do they really want are they really bothered by intruding people are they really carefree

the feathers in the wings are so exquisitely rendered
and the leg shot at the right time - to add both to the geometry of the bird and to the colour compound in the picture

i do not know what happens but i look at some pictures i think about them i write about them and when i click on the rate-photo button the picture apparently cannot be found - the message says it might have been removed from the site

i do not know whether and what so here is my comment on your `Autumn In the Bird Bath...` - if others will not you will know what to make of it

`i too find this robin beautiful - the head and the beak and then the reddish-brown feathers on the chest (and belly?) make it a bit more special than others
but i see it as if through a flimsy screen which makes the image a bit dull
i thought it could be something wrong with how the picture had downloaded on my computer but tried several times and the same result
i would try to make it more vivid - somehow`
