Agreed, this`s all a matter of perspective, in the photography, as well as in life. I`ve seen countless photos of Eifel Tower, mostly shot from distance. With this picture you let me really "feel" this awesome architectonic work.

The DOF is excellent. A very interesting angle of the ET. The sky seems to be sufferring from compression.
