This is a good scene to take a photo, but i think you must do some improvements to make it better.
IMHO it needs a little more contrast it looks a little "foggy", the composition was good but maybe if you crop a little the sky it will better. If you pay atention the sky is almost "black" so cropping a little don`t make so much different. In this way i also think that maybe an "horizontal" photo maybe was better but i`m not sure.
I hope you can agree with me (if you can understand what i want to say due to my poor english).
