The building is constructed by the architect V.I. Neelov in 1773-1783 years. On a coast of a Large pond the architect has erected three red bricky buildings under non-proprietary name - Admiralty. This one of them. So-called Bird`s house.

A v drugom iz nih mnogo let nazad na vtorom etaje byl restoranchik. Byvalo prodrognesh` osen`yu, gulyaya v parke, zaskochish` tuda, i zakajesh` 200 gramm vodki - horosho sogrevalo!
Ofitsiantki begayut po vintovoi lestnitse, nosyat edu, dym stoit na vtorom etaje, okno krugloe, kak na korable - slavnye Brejnevskie vremena...
