maybe the title is too simplistic for a shot like this
the rather black one interrupted by the rather sepia one
trying to defend his (her?) territory
a lot of them are very territorial they say
maybe not as much as people are but still
this is the scenario i see
it could also be that they`re just there by accident
or in search of another (if these are male for a female if not then this variant probably does not hold good)
and they have to fight and one of them seems to be winning
which of them i cannot tell
(could an expert in these creatures)
maybe the sepia one who is just preparing for the final blow to administer to the other
but maybe the other – the black one that has just stricken and now awaits the other to paralyse because of its venom
