This image has potential...the lower leaves are awesome against the snow..to me, the darkness of the upper leaves is too dark...but..I`m sure that`s how the shadows occurred ...maybe if you got another branch of leaves that weren`t curled at the top...very good dof and details on those lower specimens...good eye..
I really like the angle that you have shot this from. What a nice background of snow that contrasts with the rich colors of this tenacious plant/sapling. I think that this is a very nice use of light that was available. The dark shadows enhance the colors.
