A little too centered IMHO, Mary. Beautiful leaf tho.

Wonderful image! Let stay this one! It really float - rich colors with great textures - excellent contrast between fore- and background. Great work, Mary!

Something all of us want, just simple "fly free", let the nature select your path

And I like your caramel and honey, Mary!

A lovely floating image. What really makes this stand out for me is the the way that you captured the submerged sunlight and then the refracted rays to highlight parts of the leaf. I could drift with this image for a long time. smile

so detached it feels like it is on the verge of taking off

when i am speechless in front of an image i do not know why as a general rule
when i am not in front of another i tend to think i do
i sometimes stick to rules in my analysis which is most often than not an unconscious almost instantaneous process to dismiss the bad the ugly the poor but i see i have to rely on feeling and mood and impression and preconceptions most of the time
is it because we tend to become lazier and lazier the more we advance technologically the sillier we become?
the romans – the mythical antiquity – disliked writing because it killed they thought memory which is indeed what happened now the computer is killing what`s left in us we`ll be at the most skilful blockheads soon
