In 1815-1226 Alexander-Nevsky CATHEDRAL desiigned by V.Stasov was consttructed tocommemorate the victory of Russian army in the war of 1812. (Now the Dynamo Stadium is located at the site.). At the same time a boulevard. was laid out aroound the catheddral called after it Alexandrovsky Boulevsrd.Subsequently, when young lindens have grown up, the parkway has been nicknamed in people "Липками" In 1907 it has been expanded to present street Radishcheva and enclosed with the forged metal fencing kept up to now.
Later? when young lime-trees in the boulevard had grown up? Saratov people named it the Lipki Park ( the Lime-trees Park).

Только не надо умничать, что памятник "жопой" стоит. Он действительно с этой стороны стоит "жопой".

Олег,. Вы же видели чем снималось....
Можно было поправить песпективу в ФШ, но я посмотре, посмотрел... Заценил... И решил оставить так, как есть, мне самому очень понравилось, по этой же причине не стал отрезать памятник.
Спасибо за внимание, приходите ещё, буду рад.
