This is an extraordinarily interesting picture - a mixed work of fine arts from static patterns of beautiful marble floor and a dynamic figure of a hectic banker in dull business suit.
The rushing figure is the clue of this work. I think it must not be blurred so much. From the technical point of view, using a higher ISO of 100 instead of 50 would allow shooting with a higher shutter speed under the same lighting condition, so that the figure could be captured better and the background patterns could look sharper.

Personally, I prefer a square format for such kind of picture. I mean, I would like to see more room on top and bottom.
