notes:
I normally donґt shoot wildlife (especially no birds *gg*) but i would have hated me not to capture this beauty - a Mandarin Duck male (drake) lat. aix galericulata. The shot also shows what a simple, low-cost Nikkor 70-300G is capable of - Enjoy !

Beautiful burd, but why on the center of shot? smile So much noise!

Virgil Virgil #7 Tue 19 Apr 2005 15:12

Hi Tani,

didnґt got what you meant as itґs a close-up. What you call noise is caused by compression rather then noise.

Cheers
Virgil

Beautiful clarity, coloring, and reflection on what I assume is a duck. Bravo!
