3x2 board painted with matt blackboard paint, and ambient window light, no reflectors as it kills the shadows falling on the flowers.

Thank you Igor,
I angle the leading edge of the board into the light and adjust the curtains allowing only a shaft of light to fall on the flowers, background takes care of itself, shutter speeds are normally 1/4 to 1/2 second and ev is usually f.4. White balance set to cloudy and ev compensation at +0.7 noise reduction on.
