For me, when you include an urban landscape, it takes away from the beauty of this type of photo.

A beautiful blue mood, indeed. Excellent tone and serene feel. I rather enjoy that the focus of the image is on the ever so pleasing sea scape and that the "city" or "urban" view is pushed into the shadows and silhouettes where it belongs. Excellently done.
