From one bank to the other, that man, like a modern Charon, takes people for a coin.. from La Boca to the province.. crossing that brook, called el Riachuelo..
He doesn’t transport deads as Charon did.. but a so deep tango, that talks about Riachuelo, names other spirits there, just lying at its waters..

Gloomy anchorage where stay immersed
ships that will rest forever at the docks...
shadows growing bigger in the night of pain...
shipwrecked from the world that have lost the heart...
Bridges and ropes where the wind comes to howl...
coal carriers which will never weigh anchor...
Grim cemetery of boats which, while dying...
keep dreaming that they sail into the sea...

oh, i understand whence such associations...
these huge hanging metall trusses simply suppress...
being reflected in water they "surround", "entangle" and "grasp"...
