After the brief easy pause in the pass, it's time to start up the back side of Fairview Mountain. I unfortunately didn't take a picture of the back side of the mountain as it's quite impressive. This picture displays Lake Louise village in the distance, and one can see the altitude we've gained on the hike. Alos, one can note the steepness of the hike up to the summit. Fortunately, there are several switchbacks going up the mountain. We'll be there in about another 30 minutes to the summit. Taken from the backside of Fairview mountain looking north in Banff National Park Alberta Canada.
