This heavy, solid "frame" in the foreground contrasts beautifully with the delicate, fragile lights in the background.....The water joins it all together....The reflections in the water gives it that little extra.....

A very beautiful shot , marred by the heavy foreground which has no interest at all so would be better discarded to make a photo with much more impact .
