In English, a colloquial expression for somebody who is crazy or mad is "loony". Derived from the latin LUNA - moon, I believe.

Thats why I have a photo challenge on eyefetch . All of my photographers have to take a GOOD photo of pollution. When I have them all ,the Los Angeles Times is going to do a story about pollution around the world.Each photographers photo will be featured.
