I like the tones and exposure, but the composition does not live up to them. I can't see any good focal points, guiding lines or shapes for the eyes, etc. As a reporting piece, this is excellent, but from the artistic point of view, I would suggest trying to experiment a bit with different perspectives and angles. If possible, I would go back to the subject really thinking of composition and ways to make it interesting and expressive on its own.

The tones of this photo are beautifulst, if you succeed to make the sky more intense you would be one wonderful image. Regards
