Amazing place. I would crop the top of the sky to emphasize the interesting and beautiful contrast between the trees at both sides of the river. Autumn and winter divided by a river?

I agree with you, that's why I didn't do it. You balanced the picture between land and sky and I put more attention to the land. No matter what, the shot is great.
