worthy of your comments. I hit one of those times where I just could not find anything right to photograph. But today we have our first rain , and there was this rose ready to be photographed. So take this rose from me to you . And consider it a kiss to help your day. Weather it is raining , snowing or sunny. Have a great day my friends.

Absolutely breath taking Barry. The lighting is exquisite... just the right shadow and moodiness. Wonderful contrast and composition. Nice detail, love the water droplets and the delicate transition of color. Fabulous work. My only teeny tiny crit is the focus is a tad soft in the center of the rose... and perhaps that was your artistic license. ;o) It is cold and we're expecting snow... thanks for the kiss and back atcha. (from one great photographer to another ;o)

Hope you don't get too cold. We had snow last night up in the mountains. But the day is warm and we are going to the USC vs. UCLA game.
