There is some blurring of arches - at initial shot or part of photoshopping ?

The bottom line of arches wasn't blurry at first. Then I used some filters from PS and strange ugly pink line appeared there. So this blurry effect and darken shadows was my choice to hide it. Ok, maybe it wasn't the best solution, but, ...
