This landscape already became historical, all for three years. From a lovely and picturesque small village almost remained nothing. Along Volga have constructed " the Chinese palaces " in which security guards and huge dogs live only. Coast have fenced off from people, to bathe to people there was no place, vicinities have spoiled, have filled up with building debris, including former beaches.

Я думаю,речь идет об отношении людей, которые живут в этих коттеджах, к остальным жителям. Чаще всего интересы коренных жителей ни во что не ставятся. Себя отгородили, а на остальное наплепать. Поэтому и ненавидят таких дружно. А работа замечательная

Какаой свет великолепный! Кисти сирени так и горят, излучают мягкий свет... А в правом верхнем углу вообще непередаваемо - видно, как свет струится сквозь ветви деревьев...
