great picture, i would have slightly more contrast, and gradation of shades is not that good for a black and white photograph, otherwise it is perfect

if i were to shoot and then post this i would go for just a part of it – the first four `people` from left to right the lower edge running just one millimetre above the elbow of the one wearing the dress
i would thus get the very nice grey in the background (i find interesting the shapes that break it as opposed to the rather common reflection to the right) the white in figures 2 3 and 4 and the intensity of the black in figures 1 2 and 4
