Scorpion-fly (Panorpa communis)...so called because the rear of the abdomen of the male is usually arched over the insect`s back. This one is evidently female! Canon EOS 1000 + Tmron SP90mm + Ringflash.

Think you did real well to capture the whole body. That rascals pretty long. Very nice detail. For my eye a tad yellow. Suggestion, +30 Y on the Mids and slight burn with the hot that is left on the side. Of course that`s only a personal preference.
