This is lovely effect with that morning fog!!!!
I like the CONTRAST of those red and yellow signs against the softness of the other colours...

It is Saint Petersburg, the crossing of Obvodny channel and Ligovsky pr.
The morning fog (unfortunately) it could from burning turbaries.
