Dear Jose, you`re right, no doubt. It could help to show the flower in all its beauty. But I had a strong urge to show not only flower - but atmospere of rainy day too.

The edges of light that you have caught on the dahlia`s petals is incredible. I think that I might have cropped this a little closer but that is just my opinion. )
Details and colors are fantastic and I really like the unopened bud in contrast to the flower in full bloom.

The flower is very beautiful!
I would like to see the angle more closed in the flower. Using the green leaves as background of the composition...just a suggestion.
