This is very touching, like nothing I have ever seen....I can only imagine the haste in taking the picture. Maybe if you had cropped out some of the hand? It`s a moment of history in these babies lives, I am glad you caught it...:-)

April, I think picture is very good the way it is now, may be it is a boring because the personage of this composition is a squirrel, I myself would have preferred to have a rat in the picture, but I guess now it is too late for any changes.

Eugene, I never said anything about it being boring. Why are you being so obstinate and argumentative? I love this picture. Rats? You are now trying to make me mad. I do not like rats. Altho I am such a nature lover if I saw a picture of rats like this one, I would probably say the same thing. You just shush, E. smile ))

April, I did not say anything about this picture being boring either; what I meant was that everybody tries to take pictures of squirrels (and bunnies, and doggies, and cats), because squirrels are cute, so from my standpoint the picture would be more interesting if there was a rat depicted on it instead of a squirrel. By the way, I don`t mind rats at all, particularly the white and gray pet that people keep at home . The only problem with rats being pets, as I know from people who keep and breed rats at home, is that they easily catch all kinds of respiratory deseases and their life expectancy is very short for a household pet.

and I think I should have rated this picture as a "5" because it is really cute.
