The statue is a cattle. It is a royal sculpture. The garden where the cattle is here was the birthday`s gift of a queen .defending the lake and the bridge is its assignment. The cattle has been here over 140 years.
The dynasty has passed,But the cattle is still here to achieve its assignment.....

what wrote on the cattle is curse`s words-----just as the people who want to destroy it will die .....
God bless my poor english....

Oh... one of the nicest ones you have posted in my opinion! I live the mood created by the setting sun`s colors... I see a little artification due to compression...posted closer to 120k instead of the 70k might have prevented it. What is the significance of the statue? I really like it David!

Very soothing, calm and calming... The sculpture comes alive as a passerby quietly observes it watching the sunset. Solitude and quietude. Gorgeous copper-like tonality. (I wonder what the inscription reads). David, I like it so very much. It`s a rather different image from you, I think, and one of my favorites from your collection.

This is such a serene capture. I like how the sun is first reflecting on the water, and then dancing to the sculpture. The arc and arches of the bridge set off a very gracefully flowing scene.

Impressive bull, David! The reddish spot on its butt is very decorative.

David I love this one. Everyone has already said what is terrific about it. Great title and the story is, too.
