would have preferred the whole of the bottle in. I like the lighting and know how difficult it must have been to acheive this.

Great photo, but there are some things that I notice that are not so good. First you have cut ou the bottle, you should do one of 2 things, you should shot all the bottle or else shoot just 50% of it not to give the impression that was an acidental cut... The other one was the use of flash that creates a reflexion on the glass of the bottle... Try to use the flash far from the camera or try to use other type of light.
But that is a very good shot...
