Wow, really clear and well lit for a night shot, I like that you captured the clouds in the background, really gives the picture a stormy night feel. It sets the mood. The way the light from the fountains reflects over the water is spectacular and really pretty. Excellent composition. You have captured it at the perfect angle and the perfect time. Plus you have used a good apeture to get the water to look as good as it does.
