How for heaven`s sake did you do that??? Did you use a tripod and an eternity of waiting? I`ve been trying the whole summer to get a shot of them....these little rascals are just too fast and restless!

Thanks for the comment.
I didn`t use any tripod, just my hand. As you know there`s no chance with a tripod. In these cases I use a 300mm and a duplicator to be 2m far from the insect. Manual focus and a fast film are also needed.
