The lightning rod on the “Nevijanskaya” inclined tower is established almost on a quarter of a century earlier, than B.Franklin has made the opening. The lightning rod is a sphere in diameter about 30 sm and thickness of metal of 1 mm, hollow inside. To it it is chained 25 also hollow triangular thorns in length about 40 see.
