In my opinion it is not a photo, it is artwork or abstraction. but not "fantastic", "great" or "nice".
These are usual legs in woolen stockings, besides not so well executed.
Strip of light on the bottom leg and wrinkles of a matter on top spoil a composition and impression from a photo as a whole.

I do not put all in succession high estimations and if You want my criticism, You receive it.
