I much prefer this to your Stream (2). There is more of the blurry water and the exposure and colours are handled well. There is a nice `path` through the picture via the stones...even that brown rock top right plays its part!

Beautiful scene!

The only thing I`d say in critique is that "mushy" look of the green bushes does no good to the photo, having everything except the water crisp-sharp works better for this kind of photos. But getting such shots absolutely perfect is a big challenge since you need both long exposure time and zero relative motion (compare to the size of the moving objects) of the surroundings, which means either shooting with absolutely no wind or having larger objects in frame (e.g. something with large leaves). As remedy for this particular shot, you could try much longer exposure, so that bushes will be rendered in more noticible motion and not as mere defect. Or may be simply you haven`t got enough DOF - with this lens and such distances to near and far subjects you`d need around f/16-f/22 at least to get everything sharp.
