I think this would make an interesting case-study of the way the rating system is going at the moment: see the discussion thread I have just opened up on the Forum. I am more with Katia on this one, although not necessarily with the way she expressed her view. As I see it, pointing a camera at a window to photograph a reflection is not especially interesting in its own right. Here the subject of the reflection is a not very attractive building and a crane, both of which are obscured by the posters in the window, the reflected sign, the trees, and the distracting light patch on the left. In short, I find it mediocre and a grading of 3 seems not inappropriate. I will give you an extra point for the good colours, but that is all. Sorry, Ben!

I disagree. I think its very interesting what you can see in a reflection. Its not everyday you see a good reflection. Specially in a dirty fast food restaurant windows.

Not everything has to be attractive. The good picture is not based on what is attractive in a picture. While myself I don’t think its perfect 5 picture but I also don’t think its 3 picture. Everything what you see in the picture is what makes up the reflection, I disagree greatly.
